Teraken Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, proudly presents a limited February menu focusing on these succulent shellfish. As a member of the Ume-no-Hana Group, Teraken operates seafood izakayas such as "Sakura Suisan," "Uo-sama," and "Uo ga Ichiban," primarily in the Kanto region. With a commitment to freshness and preparation, this year's offerings promise to delight the senses, just as last year’s menu did.

The highlight of our seafood experience is undoubtedly our "Live Hokkigai." To preserve the natural flavors, we avoid pre-preparing any dishes. Every order is met with meticulous care from our skilled chefs who shuck the shellfish and prepare it on the spot, ensuring that every bite is an embodiment of freshness.
As the clam is heated, it transforms from a dull grey to a vibrant red, showcasing its rich, dynamic flavor profile. This vivid change is an unmistakable confirmation of the ingredient's excellent quality.
