In 2018, he became the Global Customer Service Director, and by 2020, he took up the position of Global Brand Director.
Garzanli holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Istanbul University, complemented by an MBA from Koc University. His academic pursuits also include attending several specialized programs at Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management.
