Gong Cha's Exciting New Campaign Featuring Felix



Gong Cha Japan, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has embarked on an exciting new campaign with None other than Felix from the globally renowned K-pop group, Stray Kids, as their global ambassador. Beginning October 16, 2023, this campaign promises to elevate the tea time experience for fans and customers alike.

Since September, Felix has been actively involved with Gong Cha in Japan, enhancing the brand's connection with fans through various initiatives. This new campaign will continue to build on previous efforts such as the fan-favorite messages on receipts and life-size Felix panels at select locations.

New Offerings and Events


Starting October 16, customers can look forward to the introduction of uniquely designed cup sleeves, as well as exciting digital campaigns offering exclusive merchandise. Customers are encouraged to try drinks recommended by Felix, alongside their personal favorites, to enhance their Gong Cha experience. For more details, the official campaign site is available here.

Gong Cha is dedicated to crafting new tea culture and aims to provide daily 'happy tea moments' for customers.

Felix Ambassador Commemorative Campaign


As part of the Felix ambassador commemorative campaign, customers who spend a cumulative total of 1,000 yen (including tax) on Gong Cha products during the campaign period will have a chance to win one of 5,000 sets of Felix-themed badges.

  • - Campaign Period: October 16, 2023 - November 10, 2023
  • - How to Participate:
1. Join My Gong Cha: New customers must sign up for the My Gong Cha membership. Details can be found here.
2. Spend a total of 1,000 yen (including tax) during the campaign.
- Show your membership card at a cashier.
- Scan the membership card at self-service registers.
- Mobile orders do not require proof of membership.
3. Following your purchase, a notification for the lottery entry will be sent to your Gong Cha LINE account.
4. Winners will be selected and notified.

Note: Each participant may only enter once, and prizes are to be collected in-store. The prizes are expected to be shipped out starting late December.

BGM Initiatives: Connecting with Felix


From September to November, select Stray Kids tracks will be broadcast as background music in stores, enhancing the customer experience. The theme for October is:

Large-scale LED signage featuring original videos of Felix can be found outside major locations:

To enhance customer experience, Felix shares his top three drink picks from the expansive Gong Cha menu:
1. Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea + Pearls: A deliciously balanced drink combining the deep flavors of brown sugar and Oolong tea. Available Iced/M for 670 yen.
2. Oolong Tea + Nata de Coco with Milk Foam: This popular combination offers a refreshing taste highlighted by the fruity notes of Oolong tea. Available Iced/M for 500 yen.
3. Taro Milk + Pearls: Felix's favorite drink, Taro Milk, enhanced with pearls for that extra chewy enjoyment. Available Iced/M for 620 yen.
