From October 1 to November 28, 2024, guests can enjoy two limited-time dishes that celebrate the flavors of autumn: the "Steamed Genghis Khan with Eight Types of Mushrooms" priced at 1,980 JPY (tax included) and the "Sukiyaki with Eight Types of Mushrooms and Premium Black Wagyu," available for 2,480 JPY (tax included).

Kenashiba’s dishes are crafted using a selection of eight types of mushrooms such as enoki, maitake, white shimeji, and others based on daily freshness. Guests can choose between the healthy and flavorful steamed Genghis Khan or indulge in the rich and savory black wagyu sukiyaki.

This dish brings out the sweet and deep flavors of lamb and mutton, beautifully complemented by the aroma of butter and mushrooms. Steaming allows excess fat to evaporate, concentrating the natural flavors of the ingredients. It's a wholesome, hearty dish perfect for cozy autumn evenings.
Sukiyaki with Eight Types of Mushrooms and Black Wagyu
Imagine the exquisite marriage of marbled black wagyu and mushrooms, melting in your mouth. With the addition of the special Tokachi-produced "Nebarisuta Tororo," a creamy yam paste, this dish achieves an enhanced depth and smoothness that’s sure to please.
