Daerden brings a wealth of experience in managing cross-border and domestic deals, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity operations, and joint ventures across vital sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, transportation, and infrastructure.

Having frequently assisted emerging tech companies, venture capital firms, and private investors throughout various investment cycles, Daerden joins Crowell after a tenure with DLA Piper. Frequently collaborating with CAC 40 companies and private equity sponsors based in France, he engages with their interests in the Benelux region.

Aside from his transactional practices, Daerden serves as a trusted advisor to family shareholders, private companies, and professional associations regarding governance, compliance, and general corporate law issues.
