On November 8, 2025, Wuxi was the vibrant host of the 2025 International Intelligent Communication Forum, a significant event co-organized by the China Media Group (CMG) and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province. This forum served as a platform to spotlight innovative strategies aimed at enhancing intelligent communication, showcasing the integration of advanced technology in communication strategies.

Among the key announcements were the unveiling of the International Ranking of Intelligent Communication Capabilities of Chinese cities, a pivotal study released by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. This ranking sets the standard for assessing how cities harness intelligent systems in enhancing communication efficiency. Furthermore, a global language service platform was introduced, developed collaboratively by CCTV.com, Beijing Foreign Studies University, and Jiangnan University, which aims to break down language barriers and facilitate smoother international exchanges.

The event also featured an impressive array of prominent speakers. Huang Wei, an esteemed academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, shared insights on the future of intelligent communication. Other notable speakers included Dmitry Palchunov, a Russian engineering academician, and Guo Tong, president of CCTV.com, who emphasized the role of media in bridging cultures and sharing knowledge across borders.

One of the highlights was a global youth roundtable where young leaders like Chen Ming, a popular host and debater, and Zhu Yiran, a filmmaker known for his work on the Shenzhou 13 film, presented their perspectives on the power of intelligent communication. They, alongside other youth representatives, discussed how their narratives reflect the aspirations and actions of the global youth in this rapidly changing digital landscape.
