The primary asset for this fund will be a newly constructed, five-story joint residential building in Shinagawa, Tokyo, consisting of 10 residential units. WALLMATE will also secure a master lease contract with its group company, UBIQS. During the fund's operational period, UBIQS will manage the property as an apartment hotel named 'Zenith Nishinakanobu.'

This income-generating fund is projected to yield an annual return of 8.0% before taxes, which is notably higher compared to standard income funds focused on conventional rental properties.
