Among the six professionals advancing their careers with Noble, Denise Kauble has received a promotion to Vice President in the Asset Management team. Kauble, known for her strong operational discipline and deep expertise in hospitality, has consistently amplified asset-level performance within Noble’s extensive portfolio. Her new role will see her take on greater responsibilities, focusing on the management of revenue, profitability, and the overall institutional asset management strategy.
Owen Berry has shifted roles to become the Senior Director of Predevelopment on the Design and Development team. As a licensed architect with membership in the American Institute of Architects, Berry’s technical precision and collaborative nature are vital assets as Noble continues to launch innovative hospitality experiences and long-term accommodation projects.
Dewitt Lovelace has been elevated to Project Director within the same team. Recognized for his adept management of complex renovation and repositioning projects, Lovelace will now guide Noble’s expanding portfolio of long-term branded accommodations, effectively straddling the worlds of hospitality and flexible living.
David Lesorgen has also seen a career boost as he has been promoted to Associate in the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Known for his strong analytical capabilities, Lesorgen will enhance the company’s financial modeling and reporting functions, integrating artificial intelligence to optimize financial planning processes.
Erin Sheppard is stepping up as an Associate in the Client Solutions team, where her analytical acumen and strategic thinking will come into play, particularly as she assumes greater responsibilities for the firm’s global investor relations and client engagement strategies.
Lastly, Shivansh Anand has ascended to the position of Senior Analyst within Noble's Capital Markets team. Initially joining through the summer analyst program, Anand has rapidly progressed, contributing significantly to the firm’s capital markets execution and financing strategies.
