The 2026 New Employee Seminar, along with a follow-up course, aims to transform students into confident professionals. Participants will be taught critical professional rules, skills, manners, and mindsets needed to thrive in a corporate environment. The seminar spans three days: April 3rd, April 6th, and October 15th. However, individuals can also opt for a two-day program on April 3rd and 6th. Meetings are scheduled to run from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day.

Meet the Instructors

  • - Rie Murahashi: An accomplished corporate trainer who transitioned to independent training in 2019 after over twelve years in various corporate functions at Yamato Transport.
  • - Miwako Iwashita: A recognized expert in etiquette training, she leads a non-profit association and holds various certifications in communication and management coaching.
  • - Noriko Iwashita: The founder of Contemporary Etiquette Research Institute, she has decades of experience conducting training on manners and professional etiquette across various sectors including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Cancellation Policy

Participants must notify the organizers by March 27, 2026, for refunds. If a participant departs from the three-day seminar without attending the follow-up session, they can transfer to another course within the same year if they notify by October 9, 2026.
