Ningyouchou Imahan's 7th Annual Fukushima Beef Fair

Happening for the seventh time, the "Fukushima Beef Fair" organized by Ningyouchou Imahan will take place from March 11 (Wednesday) to March 15 (Sunday) this year. This annual event, which began in 2019 as a collaboration between Ningyouchou Imahan and Fukushima Prefecture, has become a beloved spring tradition, expanding its participating locations to six this time.

During the five-day event, patrons at the Ningyouchou main store can enjoy extraordinary menus that incorporate premium Fukushima beef, celebrated for its quality, as well as seasonal ingredients sourced from Fukushima such as shungiku (chrysanthemum leaves) and tara no me (bracken shoots).

In addition to special dining experiences, meat sales of carefully selected Fukushima beef, as well as "Shiitake Menchi," which utilizes Fukushima-grown shiitake mushrooms, will also be offered across the participating stores.

This initiative aims to promote the unique qualities of Fukushima beef widely and receive coverage, showing the resilience and recovery of the region after past challenges, especially following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
