SWI Group Joins NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program to Enhance AI Capabilities

SWI Group Enters NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program

SWI Group, a prominent investment firm operating with a substantial power capacity of 3.6 gigawatts across Europe and the United States, has recently taken a significant step in its technological strategy by becoming a Preferred Partner in the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) program. This strategic partnership is aimed at bolstering SWI's AI infrastructure capabilities, positioning the firm at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The NVIDIA Partner Network is a prestigious alliance that includes a select group of companies recognized for their validated competencies and proven expertise in AI infrastructure. By joining this network, SWI Group gains access to advanced NVIDIA reference architectures and configurations that have been validated, which will facilitate the deployment of new NVIDIA-certified capacities as the platform continues to expand.

As a Preferred Partner, SWI Group is poised to leverage NVIDIA-accelerated computing infrastructure across a wide array of AI workloads. These encompass everything from model training and refinement to production-scale inference and agentic AI. The partnership emphasizes SWI's NVIDIA-certified competencies in compute, networking, and enterprise software, reflecting the company's ambition to operate as a vertically integrated compute provider. This includes deploying the latest NVIDIA GPUs in its own AI factories and establishing an AI cloud platform powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.

Max-Hervé George, the Founder and CEO of SWI Group, expressed excitement over this new collaboration, stating, "SWI Group takes another step in its journey to becoming a fully vertically integrated global AI player. First came land, power, shell; now chips, tokens, and applications. Our collaboration with NVIDIA will help us establish a strong position in Europe, the US, and beyond."

Recent Developments at SWI Group

In addition to joining NVIDIA's program, SWI Group has also made headlines with its recent acquisition of a majority stake in Genesis Digital Assets, now rebranded as SWI Digital. This data center company, which boasts a capacity of 1.3 gigawatts, represents SWI's primary presence in the United States. Meanwhile, in Europe, SWI has developed AiOnX, a robust portfolio comprising 2.3 gigawatts located in countries such as Ireland, the UK, Spain, Denmark, and Italy. Notably, one of these sites has been leased to a hyperscaler tenant, enhancing SWI's standing in the digital infrastructure sector.

The firm’s ongoing investment strategy remains robust, as evidenced by its recent announcement regarding a joint venture. Varia US, which is managed by SWI, has signed a substantial agreement worth USD 693.9 million with Brookfield Asset Management. This move underlines SWI Group's commitment to expanding its influence within the digital infrastructure market and its dedication to providing cutting-edge services.
