The highlight of Salad and Go’s summer offerings is the Tuscan Summer Salad, an enchanting combination of cooked orecchiette pasta, house-made sundried tomato tapenade, fresh cucumbers, diced red onions, and shredded provolone cheese, all dressed in a zesty Italian vinaigrette. Priced at under $9, guests can customize their salad with a choice of grilled chicken or tofu for an additional boost of protein.

Co-founder and chef, Daniel Patino, expressed his excitement about the new additions saying, “Our summer menu celebrates the vibrant flavors of Italian cuisine while maintaining our commitment to fresh, accessible, and nutritious food options.” Patino noted that this menu expansion showcases traditional Italian ingredients, crafted thoughtfully to ensure exceptional taste and nutritional value.

In addition to the salad, Salad and Go has introduced its first-ever side dish: hummus. Available in traditional and sundried tomato variations, this creamy delight comes served with crispy pita chips for just $4.50. It’s a perfect complement to a light summer meal.

The celebrated Blueberry Basil Lemonade is making its return too, refreshing guests with a delightful blend priced under $2. This drink is sure to be a favorite for those seeking a cooling beverage in the warmer months.
