Indulge in Luxury Shaved Ice Desserts at Royal Park Hotel This Summer

Royal Park Hotel Presents Gourmet Shaved Ice Desserts

This summer, from July 1 to August 31, 2025, the Royal Park Hotel in Tokyo invites you to indulge in a selection of luxurious shaved ice desserts at its lobby lounge, Fontaine. Known for its meticulous attention to detail, the hotel's pastry chef has created a unique series called "Shaved Ice Deluxe," featuring toppings like sweet fruits and rich matcha flavors.

As part of this year's offerings, guests can enjoy the famed white peach and shine muscat varieties, both enhanced for an even more delightful experience. The white peach features a non-alcoholic wine compote, highlighting the fruit's natural sweetness and juiciness. It is generously adorned with peach syrup and a creamy condensed milk topping. Crunchy cookie pieces and peach sorbet are added for a satisfying contrast in textures.

On the other hand, the shine muscat option combines the fresh, juicy taste of the shine muscat grape with a rich fromage blanc cream, creating an enticing balance. This refreshing treat incorporates chopped shine muscat, condensed milk cream, and fromage blanc ice, making for a delightful dessert.

A new addition this year is the "Matcha Uji Kintoki," a dish brimming with the mellow sweetness and fragrance of matcha. Topped with a light matcha espuma and oversized red beans, this dessert is a true delight. It includes a mix of condensed milk cream, black syrup, and matcha ice, enhancing the enjoyment of the layered flavors that harmonize well with the chilled ice.
