Chef Yuji Takahashi, the pastry chef of The Strings Omotesando, is passionate about the art of creation. Since childhood, he has been drawn to the world of confectionery. After graduating from culinary school, he honed his skills at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu in the bakery department for five years. He later worked as a junior sous chef at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. In May 2017, he took on the role of pastry chef at The Strings Omotesando. Takahashi focuses on utilizing seasonal ingredients while paying attention to the aesthetics of his creations, ensuring his desserts are not only delicious but also visually captivating.
