Huawei Unveils Next-Gen Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 Solutions at MWC 2026
Huawei Innovates with Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 at MWC 2026
During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Huawei introduced its enhanced Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 solutions along with the innovative CloudEngine XH9230-128DQ-LC, which is the first commercial fixed switch in the industry boasting 51.2T capacity (128 × 400GE) with liquid cooling technology. These advancements aim to significantly propel the digital and intelligent transformation of businesses globally.
Arthur Wang, President of Huawei’s Data Center Network Domain under the Data Communication Product Line, emphasized that data center networks are rapidly evolving. He pointed out a shift from a virtualization and cloud-centric model to one increasingly driven by artificial intelligence (AI). The newly developed Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 employs a robust three-tier network architecture that integrates several key components:
1. Rock-Solid Architecture 2.0 - This feature guarantees high reliability across three layers, thanks to the AI Eagle-Eye Engine.
2. StarryWing Digital Map 2.0 - It enhances automation by providing three levels of automation through NetMaster, which optimizes network performance.
3. Xinghuan AI Turbo 2.0 - This integration includes advanced load-balancing capabilities at both packet-level (NPLB) and network flow (NSLB) dimensions.
4. iFlashboot 2.0 - Facilitates incredibly fast reboots in under five seconds.
These innovative functionalities empower businesses to develop autonomous, always-on AI data center networks, fully equipped for high-compute demands.
In addition, the CloudEngine XH9230-128DQ-LC sets a new standard as it comes with comprehensive liquid cooling solutions for optical modules, achieving double the heat dissipation efficiency compared to industry averages. This switch also supports eight switches per cabinet, effectively doubling its utilization efficiency.
Huawei further showcased its comprehensive lineup of StarryLink 800GE/400GE optical modules, which feature double the reliability of traditional modules and boast capabilities for long-distance transmission. Highlights included several models from the 800GE modular switches series, such as the CloudEngine XH16800 with up to 768 × 800GE ports, and the CloudEngine XH9330, which offers 128 × 800GE ports.
Looking towards the future, Huawei is committed to continuous open collaboration, fostering technological innovation in data center networking while driving forward intelligent upgrades. The company aims to work hand in hand with global customers and partners to co-create and realize greater value for industries and clients alike.
With these groundbreaking introductions, Huawei reaffirmed its leadership in enabling intelligent digital transformation in an ever-evolving technology landscape.
