Their philosophy embraces 'healthy price disruption,' as they partner with approximately 150 fishing ports nationwide to ensure exceptional freshness and quality while drastically reducing procurement costs through their central kitchen operations. Supporting the Osaka-Kansai Expo Workforce



In response to the excitement surrounding the Osaka-Kansai Expo, Takushi Yoneda, the company's representative and Osaka native, has initiated a campaign to support the workers involved. For individuals bearing the Expo staff ID (AD Card), the restaurant will offer a complimentary omakase course and all-you-can-drink options, valued at 12,800 yen. Japanese staff will be treated to half-priced omakase courses and drinks priced at 2025 yen, commemorating the year 2025. This initiative aims to not only sustain the energy of the Expo workforce but also introduce international staff to authentic Japanese sushi and hospitality.
