Mike Sherman brings with him over 30 years of leadership experience, specifically within the realm of medical device innovation. His vast contributions to the field of orthopedics are underscored by his position as a Partner at MB Venture Partners, where he managed investments in early-stage musculoskeletal companies for nearly a decade.
In addition to his impressive career at Medtronic, Sherman founded MB Innovations in 2011, where he has served as Executive Chairman and later transitioned to President and CEO in 2017. His expertise is further reinforced by being an inventor on over 130 U.S. patents covering spinal implants, surgical instruments, and minimally invasive techniques.
