As we approach the festive season, the Komeko Times is thrilled to unveil a collection of charming rice flour recipes that will make your Christmas celebrations in 2025 memorable. From delectable desserts to savory dishes, these recipes are crafted to make your holiday cooking both simple and enjoyable. Starting from November 28, 2025, we will release a total of four delightful rice flour recipes, each designed to bring warmth and joy to your festive table.
Upcoming Recipe Releases
Our first recipe highlights a traditional German Christmas treat, the
Rice Flour Stollen. Perfect for families looking to recreate this classic delicacy, the recipe is easy to follow and requires just one bowl! The result is a moist and tender cake that embodies the spirit of Christmas. Here’s a sneak peek:
Rice Flour Stollen Recipe
- A: 100g rice flour (for baking), 20g almond flour, 2g salt, 4g baking powder, 15g brown sugar
- B: 150g silken tofu, 1 tbsp rice oil, 100g dried fruits (soaked in liquor), 50g crushed mixed nuts, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, unsalted melted butter (for glazing), powdered sugar (for dusting)
1. Combine A ingredients in a bowl, then mix in B until a dough forms.
2. Shape the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then brush it with rice oil.
3. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake for about 35 minutes.
4. Once baked, glaze with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
