Odevo, an international leader in residential property management, is thrilled to report its expansion into three new states in the U.S.: California, Utah, and Virginia. This significant move brings Odevo's presence in the United States from 12 to 15 states, marking an important milestone as it establishes its first base on the West Coast. The expansion involves strategic alliances with two prominent companies, Property Management Professionals LLC (PMP) and Capitol Companies.

Strategic Partnerships for Growth

Founded in 2008, Property Management Professionals LLC has built a robust reputation in community management, prioritizing exceptional customer service and innovative, value-driven management. With 382 team members, PMP manages 300 communities, totaling over 81,000 homes across several states, including California, Texas, and Utah.

Capitol Companies, established in 2002, excels in association management, delivering extensive residential, financial, and administrative services, alongside maintenance and realty solutions. With a team of 46, they service more than 130 clients and oversee upwards of 12,000 homes in Northern Virginia.

These partnerships not only enhance Odevo's service capabilities but also align with its mission of exceptional customer care.

A Thriving Workforce

With the latest expansion, Odevo’s workforce is now approximately 4,800 employees and the company manages about 614,000 homes across various U.S. locations. The influx of new team members from PMP and Capitol Companies will contribute to Odevo's vision of community-focused management while delivering superior services to residents and clients.
