For the month of September, guests can revel in a specially curated course that showcases the depth of flavors found in fermented products. The tasting begins with Hokkaido's Buri Sushi, showcasing the exceptional umami of miso, followed by Ozakigyu beef, expertly marinated and grilled to perfection.
