A Night of Culinary Excellence

The Christmas dinner event will feature a full-course menu with seven delectable dishes. Highlights include the luxurious winter delicacy, “Kantihirame” (winter flounder), and the succulent “Wagyu Filet Steak” prepared using classic techniques that bring out the true essence of each ingredient. Additionally, dessert will be a work of art by renowned pastry chef Shinichi Yurugi, who will present a festive sweet with a Christmas flair.
