What is "Winning Meal®"?
The philosophy behind "Winning Meal®" goes beyond merely asking what to eat, but emphasizes understanding the purpose behind consumption. This nutrition program has developed from the support activities for elite athletes and is geared towards achieving one’s desired self. The program comprises three main meals and snacks, carefully structured based on sports nutrition sciences to aid athletes in maintaining optimal conditioning. Furthermore, it encourages healthy body development for anyone working towards their goals.
Ajinomoto's "Victory Project®"
Launched in 2003, the "Victory Project®" aims to identify core issues facing top athletes and their potential candidates, enabling them to realize their desired athletic aspirations. By offering support through the combination of diet and amino acids, the project seeks to enhance international competitive strength and increase medal counts.
The "Victory Project®" employs a cycle of education, experience with the Winning Meal®, and practical applications during the training and competition phases. Continuous data gathering and analysis allow for personalized support recommendations, which leads to more efficient assistance for each athlete.
