Michel Bras No.91 Knife (Wave Blade 210mm)
This knife is distinguished by its unique wave blade design, allowing for smooth and precise cuts in various ingredients, such as crusty bread and soft tomatoes, without altering their shape. The knife minimizes crumb scattering, making it an essential tool for any kitchen. Its beautiful titanium coating makes it not just functional but also aesthetically pleasing in any culinary setting. The seamless weld design ensures cleanliness and longevity, enhancing the overall user experience.
Michel Bras La Pierre (Whetstone #1000/#3000)
To achieve the ideal cutting edge, this whetstone set includes two different grits (#1000 and #3000). Start with the coarser #1000 surface and finish with the finer #3000 to refine the edge of the knife to perfection. Made through the Magnesia process, this stone offers high cutting efficiency and is capable of delicately honing the hard-bladed Michel Bras knives. Its low water absorption allows for simple use—just wet the surface and it's ready, eliminating the need for prolonged soaking.
Michel Bras Le Queure (Cutlery Set)
This elegant cutlery set includes a spoon, fork, table knife, coffee spoon, and cutlery rest, all designed to embody the essence of Michel Bras's artistic aesthetics. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel and black resin, the cutlery offers a comfortable grip and a luxurious feel while dining. Its elongated and elegant form, inspired by Japanese chopsticks, enhances the dining experience, making mealtimes both enjoyable and full of grace. The perfectly balanced shapes and proportions elevate any table setting, contributing to unforgettable culinary moments.
