Under the terms of this partnership, Macnica will act as MemryX's main channel partner within Japan, facilitating the distribution and technical support of MemryX's innovative MX3 II portfolio. With a broad market presence and a remarkable customer base exceeding 26,000 globally, Macnica's established infrastructure positions them perfectly to enhance the accessibility and integration of efficient, low-power AI accelerators across various sectors.

Macnica will spearhead customer engagement and design-in activities, providing localized technical assistance, which includes proof of concept (PoC) development, extensive testing, and tailored training programs.
