e-dash Collaborates with Courrier Japon for GX Expo 2026
Introduction
e-dash Inc., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, is proud to announce its sponsorship and participation in the upcoming online conference, the "Courrier Japon GX Expo 2026: Toward the Realization of Decarbonization Management." This significant event, organized by the editorial team of Courrier Japon at Kodansha, will take place from August 25 to August 27, 2026.
During the conference, Ayano Kai, head of e-dash's Partner Success Department, will deliver a keynote speech on "How to Turn Scope 3 Decarbonization 'Obligations' into 'Strengths' in the Supply Chain."
Background of Participation
With the global transition toward Green Transformation (GX) gaining momentum, Japan is also taking critical steps toward decarbonization management, notably with the launch of the emissions trading system (GX-ETS) in April 2026. As mandatory disclosure based on sustainability criteria is expected to roll out progressively starting from the fiscal year ending in March 2027, many companies are realizing the necessity to move away from traditional secondary data (such as industry averages) and focus on collecting first-party data that accurately reflects their suppliers' reduction efforts.
As a response to this urgent need, e-dash has been providing support to numerous companies by offering services that visualize and reduce CO₂ emissions. Our 'e-dash Survey' platform facilitates the collection, analysis, and execution of ESG data across supply chains, aiming to bolster the promotion of GX among Japanese companies.
