In this expanded role, she will not only manage legal and compliance functions but also oversee Human Resources, Enterprise Security, and Technology Services.

Transitioning Leadership

Hutner’s retirement took effect on July 1, 2026. Krone will remain with the company until the end of Q4 2026 to assist in ensuring a smooth transition for Larkin.
