In response to the pressing challenges faced by local businesses, such as rising costs and labor shortages, this project aims to provide free support through various means, including seminars focused on digitalization and DX, as well as the deployment of expert consultants to assist on a continuous basis. Additionally, a diagnostic report will be provided, visualizing the current state of DX among local businesses and tailoring phased support based on specific challenges encountered by each enterprise. This comprehensive approach will aid companies in taking their first steps toward digital transformation, ensuring sustained implementation and best practices.

Objectives and Key Activities of the Project

The digitalization support program focuses specifically on businesses operating within Asahi City. Key activities include:

- Conducting reality surveys (hearings): Gathering insights from local businesses to identify current DX statuses and tailoring support accordingly.
- Hosting seminars: Two pivotal seminars will be conducted as part of the initiative. The first, titled "AI Utilization for Business Leaders: A Beginner's Guide," is designed to introduce fundamental principles of leveraging AI in business contexts. The second seminar, "Going Paperless: The First Step Toward DX," will emphasize the importance of digital documentation and efficient workflows.
- Providing accompanying support for digitalization: Expert guidance will be provided to assist businesses in implementing and navigating their digital initiatives effectively.
