MAISON PERRIER® Launches Art Prize to Support Emerging Artists Worldwide

MAISON PERRIER® Launches Art Prize for Emerging Artists

MAISON PERRIER® has recently announced the launch of the MAISON PERRIER® Art Prize, a significant initiative aimed at nurturing emerging artistic talents across the globe. This international program not only provides artists with mentorship but also opens avenues for creative exploration. The inaugural edition will be mentored by the acclaimed Ghanaian artist, Amoako Boafo, recognized for his expressive finger-painted portraits.

The Art Prize is a reflection of MAISON PERRIER®'s commitment to fostering the next generation of artistic voices. With an inclusive platform created for collaboration, guidance, and imagination sharing, this initiative seeks to highlight the importance of creativity in our global society. As Amoako Boafo puts it, “It has always been a passion of mine to support artists. Hopefully, a little assistance from us all can help grow their talents, adding value to themselves and their works.”

Structure of the Art Prize

The Art Prize is designed to offer significant rewards to participating artists, creating an enticing and competitive environment. The program includes:
  • - Mentorship by Amoako Boafo: Artists will benefit from direct guidance from a respected figure in the art world.
  • - A six-week residency at dot.ateliers in Accra, Ghana: This residency, founded by Boafo, will foster collaboration and enrich the artistic experience.
  • - Financial support of up to €40,000: This compensation can help defray costs for artists as they pursue their projects.
  • - Limited edition packaging featuring the winning artwork: This promotes not only the artist but also the brand’s commitment to the arts.

A diverse panel of jurors composed of esteemed figures from the art community will evaluate the submissions. This includes Laurent Le Bon, President of the Centre Pompidou; Thomas E. Moore III, Executive Director of the American Friends of the Louvre; and Jimena Blázquez Abascal, Director of the Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo. Their expertise will ensure that the evaluation process is thorough and fair, ultimately leading to the selection of the winning artist.

The deadline for entries is March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET, providing ample time for artists to prepare their works and proposals. Participation is open to graphic artists who are at least 25 years old.
