In an exhilarating collaboration, PUMA is set to launch its second collection with the London-based luxury streetwear brand, Aries, on May 3, 2025. The 'PUMA x Aries' collection draws inspiration from the dynamic worlds of sports and mixed martial arts (MMA), marrying PUMA's athletic DNA with Aries’ street style and counterculture ethos to create a unique line of apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Founded by creative director Sofia Prantera, Aries is celebrated for its rich background in streetwear, trash culture, and outsider art, embracing meticulous craftsmanship with hand-dyed fabrics and prints that showcase exquisite details. This new collection further exemplifies this dedication, presenting a fresh take on athletic wear with a keen eye for artistic expression.
Capsule Collection Inspired by MMA
The latest collection showcases a capsule range that fuses motifs derived from sports and MMA with tribal designs. A dedicated reinterpretation by Aries breathes new life into PUMA's traditional sportswear, merging vibrant graphics and innovative designs that reflect the intensity of physicality and the fighting spirit.
Among the highlighted apparel features are fitted tops and dress shirts emblazoned with MMA-inspired neo-tribal graphics, alongside light jackets and pants adorned with gradient colors and bead embellishments. The collection also offers hoodies and shorts crafted from towel-like fabrics, featuring an all-over print inspired by Aries’ iconic “A” logo. Additional accessories include T-shirts, caps, and duffel bags, decorated with stone-washed graphics depicting fighters in action, emphasizing the essence of MMA.
Revamped Footwear Design
The footwear segment sees Aries reimagining the classic 'Mostro', which first launched in 1999. The new design introduces a lace closure that wraps around the forefoot strap, crafted with premium leather that lends a sophisticated, artisanal feel to the shoe.

The campaign visual for the 'PUMA x Aries' collection is captured by renowned fashion and sports photographer Norbert Schoerner. Featuring professional Muay Thai fighter Anna “Supergirl” Jaroonsak, the imagery evokes a sense of physicality and vitality that the collection embodies. The visual aesthetic draws inspiration from iconic 90s to 2000s fighting games, incorporating elements reminiscent of beloved characters and battle stages, creating a nostalgic yet fresh atmosphere.
