On September 4, 2025, during the GREAT FUTURES Summit in London, the Cultural Assets Group and IN4 Group entered into a significant agreement to form a joint venture called "Madinat Al Maharat". The Vision of 'Madinat Al Maharat'


'Madinat Al Maharat' intends to serve as a leading national vocational training provider. It is poised to propel the development of a robust workforce by offering world-class vocational training. With the endorsement from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), this joint venture is set to deliver accredited training programs that adhere to internationally recognized standards.

CEO of Cultural Assets Group, Abdulaziz bin Musaed AlSulaim, expressed that this venture is not merely a business model but also a commitment towards nurturing a sustainable cultural economy in Saudi Arabia. In its first year, 'Madinat Al Maharat' aims to enroll 50 participants, with plans to expand to 500 by 2027. The training provided will encompass various aspects of creative and technological fields, ensuring participants gain hands-on experiences and applicable skills that meet industry demands.
