On the other hand, C. Stephen Tatum will lead the well-established Land Use Entitlement Department, which focuses on aiding property owners through the intricacies of obtaining development permits, variances, land use determinations, and conditional use permits associated with real estate development. Beyond his leadership role, Tatum is slated to continue managing specific litigation cases where his expertise in handling Petitions for Writs of Certiorari, Bert Harris claims, and property rights protection will come into play.
