May 1 to June 30, 2025, this exquisite event will showcase a selection of six delectable sweets and breads infused with the refreshing flavors of matcha and Setouchi lemons. As we welcome the early summer season, this fair presents a harmonious blend of these iconic Japanese ingredients.
The popularity of matcha and Setouchi lemons transcends borders, appealing to both domestic and international patrons. The carefully curated menu designed by the hotel’s pastry chefs promises to uplift the spirits while evoking the essence of Japanese culinary tradition. 1. Matcha and Citrus Gâteau - ¥880

Meet the Master: Chef Koji Honda
With years of experience, Chef Koji Honda has dedicated his craft to creating sophisticated pastries that respect traditional Japanese culinary methods. Having joined Keio Plaza Hotel in 1994, he has honed his skills in various branches and has returned to pour his passion into this fair.
In his own words, Chef Honda expresses, “Using matcha and the refreshing Setouchi lemon, this collection represents the very essence of the early summer season in Japan. The balance between the matcha's bitterness and lemon's brightness is designed to evoke that refreshing feeling we cherish at this time of year.”
