About Tsuta
Founded in January 2012 by Yuki Onishi, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta aims to share Japan's UMAMI-rich dashi culture with the world. It made history in 2016 by becoming the first ramen restaurant to earn a Michelin star. Our philosophy revolves around the limitless creativity and potential within ramen, ensuring every bowl we serve is a fusion of Japanese UMAMI culture and various global ingredients.
In December 2019, we relocated to Yoyogi Uehara, continuing our journey to offer culinary excellence to ramen lovers.
