CJ 4DPLEX, an industry leader in cinematic technologies and film formats, has announced that Paul H. Kim has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Americas division. His extensive background in entertainment makes him well-suited for this pivotal role as the company aims to further enhance its footprint in the global entertainment landscape.

Paul H. Kim comes with a wealth of experience, having been deeply involved in content strategy, production, and business operations within the entertainment industry. Under Kim’s leadership, SCREENX has transitioned from a nascent concept to a prominent format, showcasing numerous Hollywood releases each year.

Before his COO appointment, Kim held the position of Senior Vice President of Content Production at CJ 4DPLEX. His leadership was instrumental in securing long-term agreements with Hollywood studios, which ensured the financing necessary for the development of SCREENX films. Notably, he oversaw the introduction of animated films featuring this format, in partnership with esteemed studios like Illumination and DreamWorks.
