Job Opening: Part-time Administrative Assistant for Persons with Disabilities

Job Description
The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of tasks essential for the efficient operation of the FSA. Responsibilities include:
- - Processing payments for salaries, travel expenses, and other allowances.
- - Setting up and managing meetings.
- - Inputting and compiling data.
- - Managing supplies and handling mail collection and sorting.
- - Assisting in administrative tasks under the guidance of regular staff.
Employment Period and Work Schedule
Employment will begin on October 1st, 2027, and will run until March 31st, 2028. Candidates can expect weekends and national holidays off. Note that the start date is negotiable, and depending on performance, there might be a possibility for renewal of the employment period.
Number of Positions and Employment Type
There are approximately five positions available for this role. The candidates will be hired as part-time employees, under public servant laws, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Working Hours and Compensation
For Full-time Employment:
- - Working Hours: Generally from 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM, five days a week.
- - Daily Wage: Approximately 12,400 JPY.
- - Monthly Salary: Roughly 249,200 JPY, based on an average of 20.1 labor days per month.
- - Bonuses: Two annual bonuses aligned with full-time employee guidelines, estimated at 500,000 to 600,000 JPY each time.
- - Transportation Allowance: Offered up to 150,000 JPY per month.
- - Overtime Pay: In accordance with actual hours worked.
For Part-time Employment:
- - Working Hours: Between 20 to 30 hours weekly, subject to individual health and preferences.
- - Hourly Wage: Approximately 1,600 JPY.
- - Bonuses and Allowances: Similar to full-time roles; however, specifics will be adjusted based on working hours and performance.

Selected candidates will be enrolled in health insurance, pension, and unemployment insurance. This reinforces the FSA's commitment to providing a supportive environment for all employees.
