TAQSIE Expands Its Real Estate Matching Services

TAQSIE, the innovative platform designed to connect homeowners looking to sell their properties with real estate agents and buyers, is expanding its services to the Sapporo and Fukuoka regions. This move follows the success of its existing offerings in the Kansai, Sendai, and Chubu areas. As of April 2025, this marked advancement introduces a new 'brokerage service' for users in these regions, significantly enhancing their access to expert real estate support.

Founded by Mitsubishi Estate Real Estate Services Co., Ltd., TAQSIE has been revolutionizing the way home sales are conducted in Japan since its launch in May 2022. Initially starting with around 10 participating companies and approximately 100 registered agents, the platform has now grown to include nearly 78 companies and more than 700 registered professionals. The number of successful transactions has also steadily increased, alongside a robust monthly membership growth of about 300 new users.

Previously, TAQSIE's brokerage services were limited to major urban areas in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Sendai, Chubu, and Kansai. However, the high demand for real estate services in the Sapporo and Fukuoka regions prompted the team to expand to these areas. The new brokerage services will specifically target 69 cities and towns, centering around Sapporo and Fukuoka cities, featuring 10 real estate agencies already involved in the existing purchase services.

This exciting development is only the beginning. By mid-May, TAQSIE plans to extend its brokerage services to the Hiroshima area. With this initiative, TAQSIE aims to offer smooth home selling experiences, enhancing their platform's offerings.
