From July 1 to July 31, Sushi Enya, a well-known seafood izakaya operating in Tokyo and Saitama, will offer a special limited-time menu called "Ajiai-dzukushi". This unique menu celebrates the deliciousness of seasonal horse mackerel, providing an opportunity for guests to enjoy this exquisite fish in various forms.

What’s on the Menu?

The highlight of the Ajiai-dzukushi is the combination of two delightful dishes:

- Ajinamban Bozushi: This dish features horse mackerel sushi prepared in a sweet and sour style, enhanced with a tangy vinegar sauce. It's a perfect balance of flavors that complements the fish's natural taste.
- Ajizukuri: Experience the freshness of horse mackerel served sashimi-style. With its rich and oily texture, this dish truly showcases the peak quality of this seasonal fish.

Guests can indulge in this wonderful horse mackerel experience for just 990 yen (1,089 yen after tax). However, available quantities are limited, so it’s first-come, first-served. Make sure not to miss out on this unique culinary opportunity!
