In a highly anticipated release, Michter's Distillery, renowned for its craftsmanship and quality, will unveil its 2026 editions of both Shenk's Homestead Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey and Bomberger's Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon this April. Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson states that this year's Bomberger's Declaration continues to impress thanks to its distinctive chinquapin oak, which has been paired with Hungarian oak, achieving a luxurious chocolaty richness that enhances its cherry and spice attributes. Both types of oak are naturally seasoned and air-dried for three years, allowing the wood's natural characteristics to elevate the overall tasting experience.

Shenk's Homestead will carry an alcohol content of 45.6% (91.2 proof) and will retail for approximately $110 in the U.S. Meanwhile, Bomberger's Declaration, at 54% alcohol (108 proof), will be priced at around $120. These meticulously crafted whiskeys represent a culmination of years of tradition, innovation, and commitment to quality.

Furthermore, Michter's Distillery recently celebrated a remarkable achievement, being named "The World's Most Admired Whiskey" for three consecutive years by the international voting academy organized by Drinks International.
