New Found Gold to Participate in Key Conferences



New Found Gold Corp. is gearing up for an exciting month as it prepares to participate in multiple prominent conferences across North America. Canaccord Genuity Global Metals and Mining Conference



One of the key events on their calendar is the 4th Annual Canaccord Genuity Global Metals and Mining Conference scheduled to take place from May 20 to 22, 2025, in Henderson, Nevada. Keith Boyle, the CEO, alongside Fiona Childe, the VP of Communications and Corporate Development, will represent New Found Gold at this prestigious gathering, participating in one-on-one meetings with shareholders and potential investors. As part of the conference programming, Mr. Boyle will join the Advanced Exploration/Early-Stage Developers Panel on May 22 at 10:45 AM in the Casablanca Ballroom F/G, where he will share insights on the company's strategic direction and growth plans.

Central MinEx Conference



Additionally, New Found Gold will attend the 3rd Annual Central MinEx Conference in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, from May 13 to 15, 2025. Keith Boyle will present during the Public Information Session and Career Fair on May 13 from 6 PM to 9 PM. Grant of Stock Options



In addition to their conference participation, New Found Gold has also announced that it has granted incentive stock options to various directors and officers. This initiative allows them to acquire a total of 3,770,000 common shares at an exercise price of $1.67, in line with the Company’s 10% rolling incentive stock option plan. The options are set to be vested over a period of 13 to 33 months and are valid for five years, expiring on May 13, 2030. Such measures are indicative of the Company’s intent to align interests with its leadership team, fostering growth and value creation.
