FORVAL's Commitment to Digital Transformation
FORVAL, a leading consultancy with a strong focus on ESG management, is preparing to implement the
Digital DX Human Resource Development Course in Kyoto. With a mission to create a new world through the notion of "new normals," the company aims to support local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness in a rapidly changing economic environment.
Background and Objectives
The decision to launch this initiative arises from the pressing challenges faced by Kyoto's SMEs, exacerbated by factors such as an aging population, a declining workforce, and a notable skills gap in digital technologies. The City of Kyoto has identified the lack of knowledgeable individuals in digital fields as a significant barrier to leveraging digital advancements for sustainable economic growth. In response to these challenges, the city has entrusted the planning and operational responsibilities of the training course to FORVAL.
Through this program, FORVAL intends to provide a structured opportunity for business leaders and employees to learn about digital technologies, ranging from the fundamentals to practical applications of digital transformation (DX). This educational approach is designed not only to boost the efficiency of SMEs but also to strengthen their foundational business operations and stimulate growth.
