Nanalysis Scientific Corp. Welcomes New Board Members



Nanalysis Scientific Corp., a pioneer in portable NMR spectrometers and MRI technology for various industries, recently announced significant changes to its board of directors. Effective May 1, 2026, the company has brought in three new members: Jonathan Ladd, Werner Maas, and Steve Feick. This strategic overhaul is expected to enrich the company’s leadership and support its expansion goals.

New Board Members


Jonathan Ladd


Jonathan Ladd joins as an accomplished technology executive with a vast background in capital markets and corporate governance. He previously served as the CEO of NovAtel, a Nasdaq-listed GPS technology firm that was acquired by Hexagon AB. Ladd’s experience spans across global technology businesses, which will be invaluable as Nanalysis looks to scale its operations. He currently holds positions on the boards of multiple tech firms and is involved with investment ventures through Tall Grass Ventures. His academic credentials include a degree in engineering from a prestigious university, noting his affiliation with Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society.

Werner Maas


Dr. Werner Maas is another significant addition, specializing in the analytical instrumentation sector. With a robust history as the former President of Bruker BioSpin Corporation and current CEO of Hudson Lab Automation, Dr. Maas brings specialized knowledge of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Radboud University and is recognized for his expertise in global sales, marketing, and commercialization of scientific instruments, making him an ideal fit for Nanalysis’s growth strategy.

Steve Feick


Completing the trio is Steve Feick, who serves as President of Manvest Inc., a part of the Mancal Group. Feick has a proven track record in enhancing investment portfolios across sectors such as agriculture, finance, and infrastructure technology. With a background as an entrepreneur, he brings a wealth of operational and investor experience, focusing on governance and strategic planning in private and public markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.

Board Transition


The appointment of these new members also coincides with the departure of two board members, Martin Burian and Jennifer Stubbs, who step down on the same date. Nanalysis expressed gratitude for their service, recognizing their contributions to the company’s development and success.
