Seminar on Expanding Food Industry Ventures Overseas to Boost Global Engagement

Seminar on Overseas Expansion for Food Companies

The Global Food Value Chain Promotion Public-Private Council is excited to announce an upcoming seminar aimed at assisting food-related businesses in exploring overseas expansion opportunities. Scheduled for Thursday, June 12th, at the Tokyo International Forum, this event seeks to provide valuable insights into the business investment environments of various countries.

Overview

Every year, the Council organizes seminars to enhance the overseas expansion opportunities for food industry enterprises. This year, our focus is on delivering essential information about local business investment climates, which are crucial for companies considering international ventures. We will spotlight 5 to 6 promising markets identified for their economic potential and business viability based on the presence and future growth prospects of Japanese companies in those regions.

Expert speakers will share critical information regarding market trends, regulatory environments, and investment opportunities in selected countries. Furthermore, the seminar will address the recent directions outlined in the new Basic Plan on Food, Agriculture, and Rural Areas, set forth on April 11, which focuses on promoting overseas business initiatives for food enterprises.
