New Schedule for Tokyo's Childcare Career Advancement Training

The Tokyo-based nonprofit Kizuna Society has announced the annual schedule for the Tokyo Childcare Career Advancement Training for the fiscal year 2027. They are now accepting applications for both group and e-learning formats. This recruitment represents the last opportunity for new applicants within this fiscal year.

In response to popular demand, they have significantly expanded the capacity for e-learning classes. Childcare professionals who wish to obtain certification by the end of the fiscal year are encouraged to apply early to secure their spot. For more detailed application instructions, visit here.

Application Details

Due to the high demand for classes around March, early registration is recommended.

Group Training Features

• - In-Person Classes: Enjoy real-time interactions with experienced instructors, free of charge for eligible participants.
• - Curriculum: Comprehensive training with immediate issuance of completion certificates.
• - Facilities: Access to microwave ovens, hydrogen water dispensers, and audiovisual equipment including a 120-inch main screen and a 65-inch secondary monitor.
• - Stamp Card Campaign: Participate in a stamp card campaign to receive QUO cards and other incentives.

E-Learning Training Features

• - Flexible Learning: Complete 12 hours of video and 3 hours of live Zoom classes at your own pace.
• - Free of Charge: As with group training, there's no cost for eligible participants.
• - Convenience: Access courses anytime, anywhere and replay videos within the viewing period.
• - Incentive: Earn Amazon gift cards by entering “Yoshio Sensei” in the application remarks field, with one subject earning you up to 2,500 yen in gift cards.

Completion Certificate

• - Issuance Timeline: For group training, certificates are handed out on the second day. E-learning participants will receive theirs within a month, including those attending in March.
