Scheduled to open by 2030, Raffles Goa Shiroda will feature 120 upscale villas, sprawling over more than 27 acres, emphasizing serene living harmonized with nature. Meanwhile, the Fairmont Goa Shiroda will boast 400 rooms within a vast 56-acre complex. Both establishments will share exclusive access to a private beachfront club, ensuring guests have an exquisite escape right by the Arabian Sea.
