Seis Farm, established in 2007, is nestled on hills in Himi, Toyama, producing wines that embody the local climate, enhanced by sea breezes and melted snow from the nearby Tateyama mountain range. Similarly, Terre de Ciel, founded in 2015, focuses on natural winemaking processes that reflect the unique high-altitude terroir of Nagano, where grapes flourish under the care of wild yeast.
