The anniversary side patch will feature a design inspired by the azalea, the official flower of Shinjuku, represented in a stunning metallic black and gold thread. This creative depiction captures the vibrant essence of the Shinjuku district. Additionally, the patch will include the store's name, '3rd Anniversary' text, and the year, all configured in a simple yet stylish manner that pairs well with any cap design.

Special Side Patch Launch and Availability

To obtain this limited edition side patch, customers must make a headwear purchase at New Era stores nationwide. The side patches will be available for 1,100 yen (including tax). However, please note that the side patch can only be purchased in conjunction with headwear—individual purchases of side patches are not permitted.

The anniversary side patches are limited in quantity, and once they are sold out, they will no longer be available, so fans are encouraged to act quickly.

Patch Application Service

As part of its anniversary celebration, New Era is offering a free patch application service at select stores. When a headwear item is purchased, customers will receive a side patch that can be heat-pressed onto either the light panel or the rear center of the cap, immediately enhancing its appeal.

Service Details:

- Participating Locations: All New Era stores across Japan.
- Exclusions: Purchases made at New Era Kiosk Nagoya Station, outlet stores, or online shops are not eligible for this service.
- Eligible Merchandise: Only headwear purchased from New Era stores qualifies for this service. Items obtained from outlet stores or online purchases, as well as licensed products from MLB, NBA, and NFL, are also excluded. Customers should inquire with store staff for detailed eligibility regarding materials and designs, as there may be limitations on certain items.
- Service Fee: 1,100 yen (tax included).
- Important Note: Side patches cannot be purchased solely by themselves without the purchase of a headwear item.
