On June 10, 2025, the renowned lamb specialty restaurant, Kushi Hitsuji Nishiazabu, located in Minato, Tokyo, is set to launch an exciting new seasonal menu. Operated by ESNAL Inc. and led by Chef Yohei Maeda, the restaurant is dedicated to exploring the culinary possibilities of lamb and mutton through innovative techniques and seasonal ingredients.

Omikase Course Highlights



The centerpiece of the new menu is the Omikase Course, priced between ¥5,000 to ¥12,000 (tax included). This unique dining experience consists of three to eight exquisite dishes, showcasing the rich flavors and textures of carefully selected Australian lamb and mutton. Some of the standout items include:

  • - Marinated Australian mutton with almond milk and spicy oil
  • - Turkish-style kofte served with green pea mint and harissa yogurt sauces
  • - Pasture-fed lamb chops marinated in a house-mixed spice blend
