Furniture China and Maison Shanghai 2026 Wrap Up Successfully

The highly anticipated Furniture China 2026 and Maison Shanghai 2026 recently concluded with resounding success in Pudong, Shanghai. Organized by CNFA and IM Sinoexpo, these exhibitions took place from September 7 to 11 at two prestigious venues: the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (SWEECC).

With over 350,000 square meters of exhibition space and 50 pavilions, the events attracted an impressive total of 180,448 visitors. This marks a significant increase of 10.3% from the previous year, with attendance from 184 countries and regions. Notably, international attendance reached a record high of 37,394, which is a 14.6% increase, including 22,080 visitors from abroad.

Asia, excluding the Middle East, represented the largest group of international attendees at 53.82%, followed by Europe at 21.26%, with South Korea, Russia, and Japan leading among those nations. National attendance also saw a notable rise with 143,054 visitors, primarily from Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu provinces.

Furniture China 2026 unveiled the entire value chain of the furniture industry, showcasing everything from international brands and original designs to upholstery, outdoor furniture, office and commercial furnishings, materials, and smart manufacturing solutions. The event highlighted contributions from over 1,000 global brands and manufacturers. Simultaneously, Maison Shanghai expanded discussions on design, lifestyle, and housing futures through curated exhibitions and original design brands.
