This European-style French fry stand, unveiled by The Anthem, is the brainchild of I.M.P. chairman Seth Hurwitz. It offers hand-cut, double-fried potatoes alongside a selection of seven creatively themed dipping sauces.
Located conveniently across from The Anthem by District Pier, Frites and Greet is operated by Eco Caters, a kitchen partner known for their quality food offerings. The stand serves up delicious frites that are carefully prepared for optimal flavor and crunch. Each order comes with a choice of housemade sauce featuring musical twists on classic flavor profiles—think 'Mean Mr. Mustard' or 'Smoke On The Water.' The ambitious menu also includes refreshing sparkling lemonades with flavors like strawberry, mango, and blackberry, each ready to tantalize the taste buds of festival goers and event attendees alike.
