International Kogyo Hosts Unique Bus Driving Experience Event for Career Exploration

Experience the Thrill of Driving a Bus with International Kogyo

On July 11th, 2026, International Kogyo Co., Ltd, based in Chuo, Tokyo, will hold its first-ever bus driving experience event. Designed as part of the company's recruitment efforts, the "Bus Driving Experience & Facility Tour" will take place at the Nishi-Urawa and Saitama Sightseeing offices in Saitama City. This initiative aims to ease concerns about operating a bus among potential applicants, as many participants of past informational sessions have expressed that their anxiety was alleviated and that tackling this venture felt achievable, even for those without prior experience.

The event will offer a comprehensive overview of the company, including bus driving sessions, guided tours of the control room and cafeteria facilities, and real-time training on the driving course led by instructors. Participants will gain a clearer picture of what it would be like to work at International Kogyo after joining the team.

Particularly notable is the afternoon session, where attendees will have the chance to drive a sightseeing bus for the first time in the company's history. Engaging with an instructor while seated at the helm of a vehicle tasked with creating lasting memories for customers will help potential recruits envision their future roles.

International Kogyo is committed to fostering a comfortable workplace by encouraging dialogue with staff at all levels. The company has been recognized with certifications such as "Healthy Management Outstanding Corporation 2026" for small- and medium-sized businesses, as designated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the "Workplace Certification for Easy Operations" from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
